Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

What this service is

Calendar Wizard is a service that reads forwarded emails — newsletters, schedules, event announcements — and extracts calendar-worthy events from them using AI. We send those events back to you by email, with buttons to add each one to Google Calendar or Outlook in a single click.

That's the core of it. We're not a general-purpose email assistant, we don't archive your mail, and we don't read your inbox. You decide which emails we see by choosing to forward them.

Your account

One account per person, please. Keep your password secure. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately at hello@calendarwizard.app and change your password.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service — for example, automated forwarding to exhaust quotas, or attempting to probe or attack our infrastructure.

Your content

You own the emails you forward. By forwarding an email to Calendar Wizard, you give us a limited license to process its contents for the sole purpose of extracting calendar events for you. We don't sell that content, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Please only forward emails you're authorized to share — your own newsletters, schedules, and announcements. Don't forward content that belongs to someone else without permission, or content that's confidential, illegal, or harmful.

Acceptable use

Use Calendar Wizard for its intended purpose: extracting events from emails you forward. Don't use it to forward bulk or automated email, to test or probe our AI systems, or to do anything illegal or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend access if we see patterns that look like abuse.

AI limitations

Calendar Wizard uses AI to identify and extract events. It works well, but it makes mistakes. It might miss an event, misread a date, or misinterpret ambiguous phrasing. Always verify important events against the original email before making commitments.

We're not liable for errors in AI-extracted events — missed meetings, wrong dates, or events that weren't there. That's why every reply includes a feedback button: if the AI got something wrong, tell us and it will learn.

Free and paid plans

Calendar Wizard is currently in launch testing. All users get 10 emails per day at no cost. Paid plans are coming soon and will unlock higher limits and additional features. We'll communicate pricing changes clearly before they take effect.

If you have an active paid subscription and we need to materially change what that subscription includes, we'll give you notice before the next billing cycle.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend access to accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity. We'll try to give advance notice for less serious cases so you can address the issue first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll send a notice to the email address on your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Calendar Wizard after that point means you accept the updated terms.
