When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth — we never see your password in plaintext). When you choose a handle during onboarding, we store that too.
When you forward an email, its contents are temporarily processed to extract events. We store the extracted events (title, date, time, location, the source phrase that triggered the match) along with some metadata about the email (subject line, sender address). We don't store the full email body.
If you leave feedback on an event (thumbs up or down), we store that, and any correction note you write. Your profile settings and preferences are stored in our database. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe handles your payment details — we store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but never raw card data.
We use your data to provide the service: parse forwarded emails, extract events, apply your profile filters, and email you back. Your correction notes are used to adjust future extractions for your profiles. Your email address is used to send you replies and, if needed, account-related notices.
Subscription data is used for billing and to determine which features your plan includes. We may look at aggregate usage patterns internally to understand how the product is being used and where to improve it — this never includes your email contents.
Forwarded email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to extract events. Anthropic processes this data according to their API terms. We have opted out of allowing API data to be used for model training — your forwarded emails are not used to train AI models, by us or by Anthropic.
Email content may transit through Cloudflare (routing and Workers), Resend (outbound reply email), and Vercel (our web infrastructure) in the normal course of processing. Each of these services handles data under their own privacy policies.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use your forwarded email content for anything other than extracting events for you. We don't read your inbox — you choose what we see by forwarding specific emails.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers with strong privacy and security practices, but we can't guarantee their policies on your behalf.
Your extracted event history is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile data, event history, correction notes, and preferences. Some data may persist in backup systems for a short period before being purged.
We don't retain raw forwarded email content — we store the extracted events, the email subject and sender address, and the source phrase, but not the full body of the email you forwarded.
Calendar Wizard is designed for adult account holders. Forwarded emails — school newsletters and similar — may incidentally include information about children (event names, grade levels). We process this only to extract calendar events and do not build profiles on minors, contact them, or use that information for any other purpose.
We use only functional cookies required for authentication and preferences (set by Supabase Auth). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
We also use Umami for privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. Umami doesn't set any cookies, doesn't collect personal information, and doesn't share data with third parties. See umami.is/privacy for details.
You can access your event history, corrections, and profile settings from your dashboard at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from account settings. We'll notify you of significant changes to this policy via the email address on your account before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
